Hey everybody! New puzzle!

New puzzle for a very special occasion. Thanks to my friends Sasha and Mark for test-solving.

I expected to have another set of puzzles for you today, but I've taken on a lot this week and haven't been able to get to that, so those puzzles will be posted here tomorrow. Until then —happy Monday.
